We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of marble items and variations in natural stone, actual products may vary slightly from photographs in terms of veining, color tone, and texture. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products. In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the product or send you a shipping confirmation email.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise arranged
• For custom orders over $5,000, we offer payment plans with 50% deposit
• All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• You warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided

Order Cancellation

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellation fees may apply. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design approval is given and production begins.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control. Custom pieces require 6-12 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Costs are displayed at checkout before payment. International shipments may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are fully insured. You must inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.

Return Policy

• Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days in original condition
• Custom pieces are non-refundable due to their personalized nature
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless item is defective
• Restocking fee of 15% may apply to some returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Claims after 48 hours may not be honored.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

Warranty

We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, natural wear, or failure to follow care instructions. Natural variations in marble are not defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marblyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
